The Company was notified today that Barclays plc holds 20,404,095 ordinary shares in the Company, representing 5.51 per cent. of the voting interests in the Company; Pictet Asset Management Limited holds 17,500,000 ordinary shares in the Company representing 4.73 per cent. of the voting interests in the Company; and that Deutsche Bank AG no longer holds a notifiable interest in the Company.
