On 11 November 2008, the Company received notification from Lansdowne Partners Limited Partnership that the Lansdowne UK Equity Fund Limited (the "Fund") has reduced its holding in the Company to 8,631,990 shares (SEDOL B0FHR59 ISIN CY0000111027), representing 4.85% of the Company's voting rights (on the basis of a total number of voting rights of 178,143,987) and thereby crossing the 5% threshold in the voting rights of the Company. The shares are registered under Morstan Nominees Limited and Vidacos Nominees Limited on behalf of the Fund.
