20th December 2006 NEXT FIFTEEN COMMUNICATIONS GROUP PLC Notifiable Interest In accordance with the Companies Act 1985, Next Fifteen Communications Group plc("Next Fifteen" or the "Company") has received the following notification fromFidelity International that FMR Corp. and its direct and indirect subsidiariesand Fidelity International Limited ("FIL") and its direct and indirectsubsidiaries, both being non-beneficial holders, in relation to a disclosure oftheir non-beneficial interest in its ordinary shares of 2.5p each ("OrdinaryShares").
