OMG PLC03 January 2007 OMG plc ("OMG" or "the Company") Notifiable Interest The Company was notified on 3 January 2007 by Gartmore Investment ManagementLimited that Gartmore Fund Managers Limited ("GFM"), Gartmore Investment Limited("GIL") and Gartmore Global Partners ("GGP") have purchased 380,000 ordinaryshares of 0.25 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company on 19 December2006. Following these transactions, GIL, GFM and GGP have a combined holding of6,834,717 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 11.38 per cent of thetotal issued share capital of the Company.
