Holdings in the Company
The Company was informed on 22 May 2008 of the following changes in shareholdings, following the recent placings, that were effected on 19 May 2008. The ordinary shares were placed at 5p per share.
The shareholders below are under a voluntary twelve month lock-in arrangement and the balance of their shares will remain so until its expiry on 25 September 2008. During this period they shall only dispose of their interests with the written consent of Zimmerman Adams, BankOra and Energetix Group so as to maintain an orderly market, such written notice has been received.
