The Company received notice from Aberforth Partners LLP dated 18 April 2007 in compliance with the Disclosure and Transparency Rules that following an acquisition Aberforth Partners LLP is interested in a total of 19,091,277 Ordinary Shares in the Company representing 18.60% of the Issued share capital of the Company.
The notification from Aberforth Partners states that the registered holders of shares to which it can exercise voting rights are as follows:
