2ergo announces that following the issue of shares pursuant to the acquisition by the Company of Broca plc, the Company was informed today that Nigel Wray has a beneficial interest in 3,081,874 ordinary shares, representing 9.41% of the issued share capital of the Company. These shares are held directly.
The total number of ordinary shares in issue with voting rights is 32,756,694.
