Dignity PLC22 March 2006 For Immediate Release 22nd March 2006 Dignity plc ("Company") Section 198 Notification The Company was notified on 21st March 2006 pursuant to section 198 of theCompanies Act 1985 ("Act") of the following interests in the Company's ordinaryshares ("Shares"): • By Tiger Global Management, L.L.C. that it had on 20th March 2006 anexisting interest pursuant to s.198 of the Act in 3,674,466 of the Company'sshares representing 4.593% of the issued share capital of the Company. • This holding is split between three subsidiaries of Tiger GlobalManagement, L.L.C. Tiger Global, L.P. hold 2,679,496 of the Company's sharesrepresenting 3.349% of the issued share capital of the Company. Tiger Global,Ltd. hold 933,644 of the Company's shares representing 1.167% of the issuedshare capital of the Company.
