The People's Operator (AIM: TPOP), the cause-based commercial mobile virtual network operator, announces that on 3 February 2016 it was informed that on that day the estate of Andrew Rosenfeld had transferred 21,639,133 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to Juliet Rosenfeld at nil cost.

Following this Juliet Rosenfeld holds 21,639,133 Ordinary Shares representing 28.1 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.

Andrew Rosenfeld's estate now holds 21,639,134 Ordinary Shares representing 28.1 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital and it is intended that these Ordinary Shares will be distributed to the appropriate beneficiaries in due course.
