Holding(s) in Company

The Company has been notified that the Company's Employee Share Ownership Trust has sold 3,320,740 ordinary shares in the Company at an average price of 311 pence per share. Following this transaction, the Trust now holds less than 3% of the Company's issued share capital being 26,901,633 ordinary shares, representing approximately 2.82% of the issued share capital Company.
