The Company was informed on 11 February 2011 that, following a disposal of ordinary shares on 10 February 2011, Hargreave Hale Limited now holds 47,863,636 ordinary shares on behalf of discretionary clients which represents approximately 4.9% of the entire issued share capital of the Company.
