Next Fifteen Communications Group plc (the "Company") announces that on 4th August 2011 it received the following notification from Liontrust Investment Partners LLP ("Liontrust") in relation to a disclosure of its interest in the Company's ordinary shares of 2.5p each ("Ordinary Shares").
As of 3rd August 2011, Liontrust had a total interest in the Company of 10,617,161 Ordinary Shares, which represents 18.74% of the Company's current issued share capital, being 55,659,341 Ordinary Shares (excluding shares held in treasury).
