The Company announces, further to notification received on 10 February 2012, that following a purchase of 250,000 shares (held through Vidacos Nominees Limited) , Eastwood SA now holds a total of 40,250,000 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), equivalent to 17.01 per cent. of the voting share capital of Active Energy.
