The Company was notified on 28 May 2009 that following the acquisition of shares on 22 May 2009, Open Joint Stock Company "Gazprom Neft" now holds 106,450,956 ordinary issued 10p shares ("Ordinary Shares"), representing an interest of 27.54 per cent. of the Ordinary Shares in the Company in issue.
