Next Fifteen Communications Group plc (the "Company") announces that on 16 January 2012 it received the following notification from Liontrust Investment Partners LLP ("Liontrust") in relation to a disclosure of its interest in the Company's ordinary shares of 2.5p each ("Ordinary Shares").
As of 13 January 2012, Liontrust had a total interest in the Company of 12,145,890 Ordinary Shares, which represents 21.15% of the Company's current issued share capital, being 57,434,392 Ordinary Shares (excluding shares held in treasury).
