TR 1 Notification of Major Interest in Shares
The Company received notice on 17 April 2009 from Lloyds TSB Group plc, in fulfilment of the obligations imposed by the Financial Services Authority in accordance with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5, that it now indirectly holds voting rights in respect of shares representing 10.96% of the issued share capital of the Company.

The controlled undertakings through which the voting rights are effectively held are State Street Nominees Limited and Nominees (Jersey) Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of Lloyds TSB Bank plc.
As at 20 April 2009, the Company has 131,840,933 ordinary shares, which is equal to the same number of voting rights.
