Green Property Holdings Limited and Green Property REIT Ventures Limited are majority owned and controlled by Mr. Stephen Vernon, Mr. Mark Munro, Mr. Paul Culhane and Mr. Jim McKenna.
The 10,000,000 ordinary shares have been issued to Green Property REIT Ventures Limited pursuant to the terms of an investment manager agreement entered into in July 2013, in full settlement of the performance fee payable to Green Property REIT Ventures Limited in respect of the financial year ended 30 June 2015.
