HOLDING IN COMPANY

We were notified on 24 August 2010 by GAM International Management Ltd on behalf of GAM Exempt Trust - UK Opportunities that their beneficial interest in the ordinary share capital of Caffyns plc has reduced to 136,234 ordinary shares, which is 4.8% of the ordinary share capital (previously 5.2%).

We were also notified on behalf of GAM UK Diversified Fund that their beneficial interest in the share capital of Caffyns plc has reduced to 135,766 ordinary shares, which is 4.8% of the ordinary share capital (previously 5.2%).
