Aurasian Minerals plc has received notification from Alan Fairless that on 1 July 2014 he acquired 250,000 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 0.379 pence per Ordinary Share. Following this acquisition, Mr. Fairless now holds 18,750,000 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 5.08 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
