The Company has been informed that as of 16 October 2012 Peter Bottomley has voting interests in 88,904,736 ordinary shares representing 3.91% of the Company's issued share capital.
In addition, the Company has been informed that as of 5 October 2012, Barnard Nominees Limited has voting interests in 86,012,572 ordinary shares representing 3.79% of the Company's issued share capital.
