Stagecoach Group PLC19 April 2007 Stagecoach Group plc ("the Company") is today, 19 April 2007, confirming theinterests of Brian Souter, Chief Executive, and Ann Gloag, Non-ExecutiveDirector, in the Ordinary Shares of the Company. Brian Souter and Ann Gloag have notified significant interests to the Company inaccordance with the Disclosure and Transparency Rules ("the DTRs") issued by theFinancial Services Authority. The Company published these notifications today.
