The Company notifies that, in accordance with the Financial Services Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, Lonrho Plc has informed the Company that, as at 19 December 2012, Lonrho Plc's interest in the Company remains 1,160,037,455 Shares. As a result of recent equity issued Lonrho Plc's percentage interest in the Company has been diluted from 61.03% to 55.95%.
