The Rule Family Trust nowcontrols only the shares of Resource Capital Investment Corp., ("RCIC") andResource Investment Management Corp. ("RIMC"), collectively the general partnersof four investment limited partnerships, which together account for a combinedholding of 9.71% of the Voting Rights of the Company. The shares held in segregated discretionary accounts, previously controlled byThe Rule Family Trust, still remain in these accounts with no account owningmore than 2% of the issued share capital of the Company.
