TR-1: Notification of major interest in shares
Secure Income REIT Plc announces that it has been notified by PIHL Property LLP that, pursuant to an intra-group reorganisation, neither it nor its connected persons is a 'holder of excessive rights', as defined under the UK REIT rules. Ultimate beneficial ownership of the shares is unchanged and the shares remain subject to the lock-in arrangements put in place at the time of the Company's admission to trading on AIM on 5 June 2014.
