1 April 2005NO: 464 PENDRAGON PLC ("Pendragon" or the "Company") The Company has today been notified that on 1 April 2005 Investec Trust(Guernsey) Limited as trustee of the Pendragon Employee's Share Trust ("theTrustee") acquired 233,500 ordinary shares in Pendragon, representing 0.18% ofthe issued share capital of Pendragon at a price of ‚£3.095 per share.
