Abbot Group plc have been advised that i) Aberforth Partners LLP no longer havea notifiable interest in the total voting rights of Abbot Group plc OrdinaryShares of 15p each. ii) Lloyds TSB Group plc and subsidiaries now have a notifiable interest in thevoting rights of Abbot Group plc 15,634,544 ordinary shares of 15p eachrepresenting 6.728% of the shares in issue. iii) FR XI Offshore GP Limited and subsidiaries now have a notifiable interestin the voting rights of Abbot Group plc 23,237,168 shares of 15p eachrepresenting 10.00% of the shares in issue.
