Tuesday, 24 September 2008 - NETELLER Plc (LSE: NLR), received notification on 24 September 2008 that as at close of business on 22 September 2008 Morgan Stanley Securities Limited ("MSSL") acquired an interest in the Company's shares that resulted in MSSL holding a total of 5,447,236 ordinary shares representing approximately 4.54% of the issued share capital of the Company.
As at 23 September 2008, the Company had 119,920,953 ordinary shares in issue.
