TR-1: Notification of Major Interests in Shares

The Evolution Group Plc (the "Company") announces that it received notification
on 16 June 2008 from Artemis Investment Management Limited ("Artemis") under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules ("DTR") of an acquisition of voting rights on 6 June 2008 such that Artemis were at that date interested in 10,026,533 (4.48%) ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Shares") representing a direct interest in the Shares. Prior to the transaction giving rise to the increased holding Artemis held 9,176,239 Shares.
