The Go-Ahead Group plc announces that it has been advised on 4 September 2013 by Mrs Janice Moyes that she has sold 198,980 shares of £0.10 each in the Company reducing her notifiable interest from 1,488,884 ordinary shares of £0.10 each, representing 3.46% of the Company's voting rights, to 1,289,904 ordinary shares of £0.10 each in the Company, representing 3.00% of the Company's voting rights.
