Crimson Tide has received notification that as a result of a recent purchase of 1,000,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), the Helium Special Situations Fund now has a notifiable interest in 57,000,000 Ordinary Shares representing 13.0% of the issued share capital of the Company.
