TR 1 Notification of Major Interest in Shares
The Company received notice on 25 July 2012 from Oaktree Capital Management L.P., in fulfilment of the obligations imposed by the Financial Services Authority in accordance with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5, that the indirect interest of Amherst S.A.R.L., following the acquisition of a further 0.49% interest, now represents voting rights over 3.19% of the issued share capital of the Company.
