Holdings in Company
Coal of Africa Limited (the "Company") was notified on 8 February 2017 by M & G Investment Management Limited ("M&G") that, as at 6 February 2017, M&G held 395,136,446 ordinary shares of nil par value each in the Company, representing 19.99 per cent of the Company's issued share capital at that date. The shareholding increased by 2.03 per cent following the recent placement to M&G of 49,007,596 shares.
