Disclosure of Acquisition or Disposal of Securities - Mondi Limited

In accordance with section 122 of the South African Companies Act, 71 of 2008 and Regulation 121 of the South African Companies Regulations 2011, we advise the market of the following:

On 14 November 2012 Mondi Limited was advised that:

1. Epoch Investment Holdings (RF) (Proprietary) Limited had disposed of its

beneficial interest in securities of Mondi Limited, such that the total of

all beneficial interests of the securities of that class held by it are now

0% of the total issued securities of the class;

2. Epoch Two Investment Holdings (RF) (Proprietary) Limited had disposed of

its beneficial interest in securities of Mondi Limited, such that the total

of all beneficial interests of the securities of that class held by it are

now 0% of the total issued securities of the class;

3. Tarl Investment Holdings (RF) (Proprietary) Limited had disposed of its

beneficial interest in securities of Mondi Limited, such that the total of

all beneficial interests of the securities of that class held by it are now

0% of the total issued securities of the class;

4. Barclays plc had acquired a beneficial interest in securities of Mondi

Limited, such that the total of all beneficial interests of the securities

of that class held by it were, after such acquisition, 5.28% of the total

issued securities of the class; and

5. Barclays plc had disposed of a beneficial interest in securities of Mondi

Limited, such that the total of all beneficial interests of the securities of that class held by it are now 0.61% of the total issued securities of the class.
