Sirius Exploration announces that it was informed on 30 September 2009 that as at that date, Knighthead Capital Management, L.L.C., as Investment Manager to Knighthead Master Fund, L.P., holds 13,400,000 ordinary shares in the Company, representing 3.69% of the total voting rights.
