Carpetright plc - Notification of major holdings
Carpetright plc has today been informed that the Olayan Group has transferred 36,709,090 ordinary shares of £0.01 each (the "Shares") in the issued share capital of Carpetright plc from Crescent Holding GmbH, a wholly owned subsidiary within the Olayan Group, to Competrol Establishment, which is another wholly owned subsidiary of the Olayan Group.
