Sable Mining, the AIM listed resource company, received notification on 18 February 2015 that following the disposal of 4,810,399 ordinary shares in the Company on 16 February 2015, Audley Capital Management Limited, as the investment adviser to Audley European Opportunities Master Fund Limited and Kings Chapel International Limited, is now interested in 64,750,994 shares, representing 5.84% of the issued share capital and voting rights of the Company.
