Keller Group plc ("the Company") Keller Group plc was advised on 26 April 2006 that Terratest TecnicasEspeciales SA ("Terratest") sold 300,000 ordinary shares in the Company at aprice of 492p per share on 26 April 2006. Terratest is a connected person of MrPedro Lopez Jimenez, a non-executive director of the Company.Following this sale, the holding of Terratest in ordinary shares of the Companyis 3,691,985 representing 5.63% of the Company's issued share capital.ENDKELLER GROUP PLC
