The Company has today received a notification stating that as of 14 March 2016, AXA Investment Managers S.A. is the holder of 6,389,310 ordinary shares of €0.01 each in the Company. This represents approximately 8.02% of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company, an increase from its previous holding of 7.23%.
