Friday, 11 July 2008 - NETELLER Plc (LSE: NLR), received notification on 11 July 2008 that as at close of business on 10 July 2008 Cantor Fitzgerald Europe had a beneficial interest in the Company's shares that resulted in Cantor Fitzgerald Europe holding a total of 4,809,990 ordinary shares representing approximately 4.01% of the issued share capital of the Company.

As at 10 July 2008, the Company had 119,920,953 ordinary shares in issue.
