Asian Plantations Limited (LSE: PALM), a palm oil plantation company with operations in Malaysia, today received notification that Steadfast Financial L.P. ("Steadfast") acquired an additional 800,000 ordinary shares of no par value in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), representing approximately 2.70 per cent. of the Company's issued Ordinary Share capital.
Steadfast, through its investment funds, collectively now holds 4,800,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 16.23 per cent. of the Company's issued Ordinary Share capital.
