HOLDINGS IN COMPANY

The Company announces that it was notified on 25 November 2011 that on 20 October 2011, Mrs Janet Ives transferred 1,450,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company to her husband, Mr Francis Ives, at nil cost. Following this transaction, Mrs Janet Ives holds 20,376 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company, representing 0.03 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company and Mr Francis Ives holds 2,894,141 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company, representing 4.36 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.

Following the transfer, there is no change to the combined interest in the Company of Mr and Mrs Ives.
