Hameldon received notification on today that techpacific.com (BVI) Investments Limited ("techpacific") has transferred its holding of 20,276,384 ordinary shares of 0.25p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to Crosby Special Situations Fund Limited ("CSSFL"). Following this transfer, techpacific.com (BVI) Investments Limited no longer holds a notifiable interest in the Company and CSSFL is interested in 20,276,384 Ordinary Shares, representing 14.76% of the issued share capital of Hameldon.
