Tinopolis PLC17 February 2005 FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE 17 FEBRUARY 2005 TINOPOLIS PLC (Ticker: Reuters TIN.L or Bloomberg: TIN LN) HOLDINGS IN COMPANY AND DIRECTOR'S SHAREHOLDING The Board of Tinopolis plc ("Tinopolis" or "the Company") has receivednotification from Acquisitor Holdings Ltd, pursuant to section 198 to 202 of theCompanies Act 1985, that it purchased 855,000 and 234,385 ordinary shares of 2peach in the Company on 10 February and 15 February 2005, respectively. Acquisitor Holdings Ltd now has a beneficial interest in a total of 1,089,385ordinary shares, representing 4.38% of the issued share capital of the Company.Charles Duncan Soukup, a Non-Executive Director of Tinopolis, is also a Directorand Shareholder of Acquisitor Holdings Ltd. The Company has also received notification that on 15 February 2005 CharlesDuncan Soukup sold 10,000 Ordinary Shares, and a further 25,000 Ordinary Sharesin which he had a combined interest with John Radziwill.
