Notification of Major Interests in Shares

The Board of Armour was notified today that Brookwell Limited purchased 2,366,667 ordinary shares in the Company on the 19 February 2009. 

Following this transaction, Brookwell Limited is now interested in 2,366,667 ordinary shares, representing 3.46 per cent. of the Company's total issued share capital.
