Notification, pursuant to section 3 of the Transparency Rules of the FSA, of information obtained under Part 22 of the Companies Act 2006.
Please note that on 11 May 2007, Slough Estates plc (the "Company") was notified that Legal & General Investment Management acting as agents for its discretionary clients hold (either directly or indirectly) a beneficial interest and a non-beneficial interest totaling 19,317,614 ordinary shares of 25p each representing a total interest of 4.09% of the issued share capital of the company.
