Significant Shareholding
Leeds Group plc announces that it has today been informed that a holding of 940,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company previously owned by Channel Hotels and Properties Limited has been transferred to Sunningdale Investments Limited (Sunningdale), a member of the same group of companies.
In addition, the Company has been further informed that, following recent purchases in the market, Sunningdale's holding now amounts to 1,389,000 Ordinary Shares, equal to 5% of the Company's total voting rights.
