Billing Services Group Limited29 July 2005 Billing Services Group Limited ("BSG" or "the Company") Dealing by Directors The Company has today been informed that the following Directors have todayconditionally sold a total of 5,928,560 common shares of US$1.00 at 78p percommon shares to enable them to meet personal tax liabilities that have arisenas a result of the re-organisation of the Company prior to flotation in June2005. The Company today announced the acquisition of EDS Interoperator Services GmbH(the "Acquisition") together with certain associated contracts and the placingof 72,000,000 new common shares. Following admission of the new common shares,the percentage interests of Mr Haynes, Mr Phipps and Mr Labedz will be 4.5 percent., 2.8 per cent. and 2.8 per cent. respectively.
