Robinson plc (AIM: RBN, the "Company") announces that today it received notification that, on 5 October 2012, Optimus as Trustee of the Portland No. 3 Trust sold 100,000 ordinary shares of 0.5p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 130p per share, reducing its shareholding to 781,734 Ordinary Shares or 4.9% of the issued share capital and voting rights of the Company.
