The Company was notified on 26 May 2010 that, following a disposal of ordinary shares in the Company on 24 May 2010, BlackRock Investment Management (UK) Limited is interested in instruments giving it voting rights over 3,483,360 ordinary shares in Stanley Gibbons, representing approximately 13.84 per cent of the issued share capital of the Company.
