themission was been notified on 20th January 2009 that, following the acquisition by Lloyds Banking Group plc of HBOS plc, HBOS plc, a wholly owned subsidiary of Lloyds Banking Group plc holds 2,518,457 ordinary shares, which represents 7.614 % of the issued ordinary share capital in the Company.
